At jones the grocer we do not believe that “one cap fits all”. Our stores are designed differently to reflect the personalities of their owners and the demography of their location.

Each store will stock premium local products and sumptuous delights made in their own kitchens, which complement the “jones the grocer” range of products.

We will also try to source for you, that special cheese or ingredient that you can never find elsewhere. We are here for you and here to please you.

Any jones the grocer branded product that is not available at one of our stores can be ordered in for you

We will not compromise on quality and aim to provide you with a gourmet experience no matter what product you may consume.

As our products are made in a home-style, and contain either organic or the freshest produce available, some colour and taste variations may occur with each batch that is made. If you are at any time dissatisfied with the quality of a product please speak with our store managers or owners and they will reward you with a smile, a complimentary gesture and cheerfully refund your money.
