pancake Stack

Try out these mouth-watering pancakes at home! Plant based and delicious, all you need is these ingredients and you’re all set!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Coconut Oil for frying

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp plant-based natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Tahini
  • prinkle of flaked coconut
  • Selection of Fruits

Method:

Blitz the oats in a food processor until a flour is made. Transfer the oat flour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until the pancake batter is formed. Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan, and spoon the batter into the pan. 

Cook for 2 minutes on each side flipping in between. Stack the pancakes and top with yogurt, cocoa tahini, fruit and flaked coconut.

tahini protein brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1/3 cup sweetener
  • 1/4 cup light syrup
  • 2 flax eggs or eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cacao powder
  • 2 scoops dark choc vegan protein
  • 1/2 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate drops

Method:

Preheat the oven to 170° degrees and line a baking tin. In a large bowl, combine the tahini, sweetener, syrup, vanilla extract and flax eggs until smooth and well combined.

Gently fold in cacao powder, coconut flour, protein, salt and bicarbonate of soda until batter is smooth.Fold chocolate chips into the batter. The batter should be pretty thick. 

Pour into tin and bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Allow to cool and then add an extra chocolate tahini drizzle by melting a few more chocolate chips with a spoonfool of tahini.

Ingredients:

  • Kale
  • Maple roasted buttemut
  • Squash
  • Cooked quinoa
  • Spinach
  • Pine nut falafels
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Method:

Prepare the tahini drizzle by mixing 2 tbsp of tahini, 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. 

Add all the ingredients into a salad bowl and finish with pomegranate seeds and a generous amount of tahini dressing.

roasted carrots salad

Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced carrots
  • Extra virgin online oil
  • Seasoning
  • Tahini & Yogurt dressing
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • Juice of half lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh coriander
  • Micro Greens (optional)

Method:

Add the carrots in a baking tray and coat them with extra virgin olive oil. Season generously and bake.For the dressing, simply mix all the ingredients until smooth and drizzle over the carrots. Add chopped coriander and some fresh micro greens.
