ORGANIC PANCAKES

MAKES 8 – COOKING TIME 15 mins -VEGAN

Ingredients:

JUST WHOLE FOODS pancake mix
350ml MILKLAB oat milk

Method:

  1. Add 350ml MILKLAB oat milk to the pancake mix and whisk until smooth
  2. Leave to stand for 5 minutes
  3. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and set to a high heat
  4. Once hot, reduce heat slightly and add a tablespoon of mix
  5. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake over and
    cook the other side until golden
  6. Regrease the pan and go again!

OAT AND RAISIN FLAPJACKS

MAKES 12 – COOKING TIME 20 mins – VEGAN

Ingredients:

Just Wholefoods flapjack mix
100g coconut oil
2tbs maple syrup

Method:

  1. Gently melt the oil and syrup together in a hot pan, being careful not to boil
  2. Stir into a bowl with both sachets of flapjack mix until ingredients are well coated
  3. Push your mixture into a lined brownie tin and flatten with the back
    of the spoon
  4. Place in preheated oven (180°C/160°C fan) for 15 minutes until golden
  5. Once baked, cool the flapjacks in a fridge to firm up
  6. Cut and serve
