We have launched a new Holiday Special Body and Soul magazine featuring a delicious new menu, and retail offerings to welcome the season. The publication offers a variety of classic dishes, easy to make home recipes, and new, exclusive products to shop (including holiday hampers to spice up your gifts). As usual, the highlight of our magazine is our limited edition Menu, which includes a luxurious, velvety hot chocolate, sumptuous soups, and a hearty salad in honor of the upcoming festivities. Ricotta Fig Salad
This salad is a textural delight containing delicious baked ricotta, glazed carrots and figs, quinoa, beetroot amaranth, mesclun, and perfectly smoky almond brittle. It’s crunchy, chewy, fragrant and a fantastically healthy. The Nigella seeds added in this salad have a strong aromatic flavour with notes of onion, black pepper, and oregano. It’s most commonly used and grown throughout Syria, Turkey and Iraq.
The D&G Burger
We had tons of names for this epic burger but the only words we kept uttering were – it’s DAMN GOOD! And so, the D&G burger was born (it sounded cooler with the ‘&’). This burger is made with house made brioche bun, fried egg sunny side up, pickled gherkins, crispy bacon, sliced tomato, Welsh rarebit cheese sauce and wagyu patties.
Warm Pecan Pie
Toasted pecans and maple syrup in a crumbly flaky crust topped with Jones vanilla bean ice cream and salted caramel drizzle. This classic holiday dessert is a sumptuous ending to any meal or festive feast!
Mallow Hot Choc
This rich, creamy and intentionally decadent Valrhona hot chocolate is the highlight of our magazine this season! The topping consists of a delicate layer of whipped cream, fluffy marshmallows and crushed digestive biscuits.
