You'll learn how to make a traditional Malaysian rendang using brilliant Mak Tok sauces, a beautiful coconut butter and your choice of protein. You'll pair the rendang dish with a fresh and vibrant salad. Finish the masterclass off with a delicious mango sago lolo dessert prepped by Will himself! Participants will get a chef's apron, certificate, welcome cheeseboard and an exciting goody bag full of Mak Tok goodies! (Class is 2 hours on 26th Feb, from 4pm to 6pm)
