Each participant or group will receive a mystery ingredient box of to prepare and cook with. They will have 1-2 hours to cook a main course which will be judged by a Jones panel based on taste, presentation and innovative use of ingredients. The mystery box will contain prominent recipe ingredients and the participants will have access to other basic pantry staples. After the competition has finished, there will be food and refreshments served for the group to enjoy together.
